What shipping options are available?

The Studio Shop currently only physically ships domestic (US) orders.
However, if you're an international buyer, please see below!

All domestic orders will be sent via USPS First Class Shipping or Ground Advantage.

USPS First Class/Ground Advantage: Approximately 3-7 business days.


**Please keep up to date with official USPS announcements for any delays.

How long does shipping take?

All physical orders are shipped from South Florida. Our order processing times (the time it takes to pack and ship out an order) are between 1-2 business days.

Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.


All domestic orders include tracking.
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What about refunds, exchanges, or cancellations?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges with the exception of damaged items (please see below.)

Our shop also does not accept order cancellations.

For foreign buyers, you can visit our Etsy Store as we offer International Shipping there!

 
Etsy is able to provide an IOSS number / VAT number for all EU & UK orders processed through its site, which means no additional fees or charges will be collected in customs. 

Please note: our Etsy prices are higher than the Studio Shop's prices to compensate for additional Etsy processing fees.

If this option does not appeal to you, we suggest you use an online shopping proxy service or have your order shipped to a friend/family in the United States.

Do you use grading scales for merchandise?

We do not follow any particular grading scales for enamel pins or physical merchandise. Our team sorts through our inventory and do our best to send the highest quality available products.
 
However, there is a chance that there may be slight cosmetic imperfections due to buffering or other human errors, especially for enamel pins. (Pins are all made by hand.)

In the case of noticeable defects or mistakes in a product, we will offer the product at a discounted rate and it will be appropriately labeled in the item description.

Can I combine my orders?

We are not able to combine the shipping of orders that were placed separately. Likewise, we are not able to combine orders placed through our Studio Shop with other storefronts like Kickstarter Rewards, Patreon, Etsy, etc.

If orders are combined, this can increase shipping prices due to weight changes, and also lead to mix-ups.

Your orders will ship in the manner in which they are placed.

Preorder items & In-Stock items in the same order?

If an order with both in-stock and preorder items is placed, your order will ship when the entire order is ready for shipment. This means you will need to wait for the preorder items to arrive and be processed.

Therefore, if you'd like the in-stock items to be shipped out earlier, it's highly advised to place multiple orders for in-stock and pre-order items separately.

Oh no, my order came damaged or it's the wrong item!

If an item from your order arrived in a damaged state, or you received the wrong item, we will be happy to look into it and help make it right. 

We take quality very seriously and only want the best for our customers. We inspect every product thoroughly before shipping them out, but it is possible a defective product, or the wrong one, slipped passed us due to human error. 

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and a photo of the product at
gretuskigames@gmail.com we will then work with you on a resolution.

Oh no, I need to update my address!

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address at gretuskigames@gmail.com

Please note that we are only able to change or update your shipping address if your order has not shipped.

Please be sure to double-check your address when ordering!

If you received an email with tracking, then your order has shipped, and the address can not be changed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, there will be a reshipment fee to reship the package, only after it has been returned to us.

Oh no, I forgot to apply a discount code!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our shop's set-up, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Anti-Harassment Policy & Right to Refuse Service

Please be aware that we have the right to refuse service to any Customer who exhibits harmful, rude, or manipulative behavior to our shop or employees over e-mail, messaging, or otherwise.
